Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase (online or in-store) to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible for return or exchange items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Items such as opened software, custom-made gear, special orders, or clearance products may be marked as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our online Returns Portal (link coming soon) or contact info@capjak.com.
  2. Provide your order number and email address associated with the purchase.
  3. Follow the provided instructions to print a prepaid shipping label (for continental U.S. only) or prepare the item for return.
  4. Ship the item back to Capjak. You may also opt for in-store returns at our Dover location.

Shipping Costs

  • Free returns (prepaid label included) are offered for items with manufacturing defects or damaged during delivery.
  • For discretionary returns (changed mind, wrong choice), shipping costs may apply and be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we sent you a faulty or mis-shipped item.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer a different model, color, or size of an item you purchased, select Exchange instead of Return on the portal.
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item, subject to availability.

In-Store Returns

  • Come in during business hours with your order confirmation or packing slip.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as final sale (e.g., certain accessories, promotional bundles).
  • Items not in original condition—used, missing parts, or damaged—will not receive full refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
